Renewing the heart, from a yogic perspective

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In celebration of Anusara as a heart-centered yoga and recognizing the challenges and also joys we around the world have recently experienced, in this session Bill will ask: what does it mean, from a yogic perspective, to speak of the “heart” and what might it mean to renew it? His comments will be based on Vedāntic, Bhakti and especially nondual Tantric textual sources. Do not worry if you are not really familiar with these perspectives. Bill will explain them. If you are already familiar with them, this session will nourish your understanding and give you ways of talking about them.
