Practices
Meditation includes an array of practices that merge into one exquisite whole: posture, pranayama, deep relaxation, self- witnessing, silence, teachings, seva, mantra. The atmosphere around you becomes refined and Shakti, (conscious energy) is raised. As this energy becomes heightened within, one comes to understand its presence as the Inner Teacher

Meditation’s  secret Heart is the work of activated meditation energy a beneficent, benign  energy that heals  on all levels in all the inner bodies and is purificatory in nature. Meditation is an internal transformative process. We each get exactly what we need, once this process is launched. The practice rests on the movement of  revelatory force at our innermost core and is known as Anusara’s  magnificent first principle, the Principle of Grace

To meditate is to take a plunge into our own inner depths, make ourselves more open and vulnerable to our own inner worlds and train ourselves to gain mastery over our own busy minds . Every meditation is an occasion to ease gently into the great current of supreme love and wisdom at the root of our Being. Meditation is a mysterious process that never ceases to amaze us as it draws us a vortex of power we may not ever have known
