The Day Hanuman Lost Heart

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this class Sarah will weave the story of the day Hanuman lost heart ... the day he sank to his haunches, head in hands and quite simply gave up in the midst of the most important work of his life. We all get days (even weeks or months!) like this, when we lose heart and resolve to go on ... given what the past 18 months has thrown at us it's not suprising really! But Hanuman found a way to dust himself off and keep on keeping ... want to hear hhis secret? How did Hanuman renewed that resolve? Re-find his heart? Remembered that drop of god in his heart? His infinite potential? Sarah will let you in on his simple secret and tell you all about it. See what gems you can glean from this inspiring, ancient story, that can also be thoughtfully applied to our everyday lives of 2021 :) Come and monkey around with Sarah ... expect some monkey business and renew some fluidity in your hips at the same time!
