An open exploration through different basic yoga poses about how to unlock the joints as the proper engagement of the muscles from their origin is happening having a communication with the foundation all the time. The fun part comes when in an isometrical way we play with the foundation alternating its movement back and forward from one side to the other of the body. Let's say that in "warrior one" we hold this actions for some rounds of breathing moving the foundation back and forward isometrically with the joints unlocked and the reslut is the engagement of the muscles since their origin besides the benefits of shaking the body as it's sustained properly. I love the effects of this way of practicing.
