Kim Friedman
I was initially introduced to yoga as a way of recovering from severe asthma. I was hooked halfway through my first class! After practicing Anusara® Yoga for 11 years, I pursued Anusara teacher training in 2011. I have my RYT-500 hour designation from the Yoga Alliance and became a Certified™ Anusara teacher in 2017. I live in southern Vermont (USA) with my husband and our dog Manfred. Our daughters live in northern Vermont. In addition to teaching Anusara yoga, I am the Operations Team Coordinator for the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga and am an Organizational Development and Change consultant with a focus on supporting nonprofit organizations (www.westriverconsulting.net).
