Koa is a humble student of life. Both parents practiced meditation and took him to Ashrams in New York. Those initial seeds held little value for him until his twenties when fruit became evident. He eventually was introduced to Hawaiian spirituality and currently practices indigenous traditions of truth, respect, energy work, and responsibility.
